Tell me what you think about this experience. $$$$$$$$$ I have taken my dog there her entire life (6.5 years), cat too (3-4 years). Had them both in for annual checkups in December, paid the usual $200++ for 10 minute checkup and shot for the cat. Forgot to mention my dog had a problem urinating often and now in the house, which she never does. Called back in January about the issue. Pearce's office wants me to pay $65 just to walk in the door...AGAIN, 30 days later. Receptionist and I know it's a UTI. I'm going to drop off a urine sample another charge (probably $40-45?) and then get medicine to fix it (another? $35-40?). I told them it's time for a change. WHY would you charge me another office visit $65! when I was just there 30 days ago and I'm only going to drop off a urine sample? Their answer. It's not the Doctor it's the owner, Dr. Pearce. I told her thanks but no thanks, I'm tired of being gouged. Goodbye.

We are really impressed with the staff at Windermere Animal Clinic. They are one of the best bunch of people around. The staff is professional and compassionate at the same time. The office is organized and efficient and the exam rooms were clean.We are so glad to have found them!
