I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience at this location. Although my dog received excellent veterinary care during the appointment, the vet prescribed me Nexgard and Heartgard, but every single person there neglected to tell me that Banfield doesn't actually carry either of those products. I can't get them from other vet clinics either without paying for a separate office visit. Basically I paid for an office visit for a product that I can't buy from them. Also, when I attempted to check out, the staff told me that my card was declined. When I checked my account balance on my phone, it said the card had gone through and that the money had been debited from my account. I showed this information to the staff but they insisted I pay again. I refused to pay twice, and left, and they called several days later to tell me that I was the one who needed to work this out with my bank. Why should the paying customer be the one to go through the hassle of working out a business's computer problem? Although I will continue to be a loyal Petsmart customer, Banfield has lost my business forever with their poor customer service and attitude. Do not take your pet here.

-LATE -LOST TEST RESULTS -NO CARE FOR PET / ONLY CARES ABOUT PROFITS -SUPER EXPENSIVE -DANGEROUS I read the bad reviews on Google, and although skeptical I still brought my pet in for a check-up. I spent 1 hour in the waiting room, and when Dr Daniels (Owner) arrived to see me; he offered no apology and then proceeded to spend no more then 1 - 2 minutes looking at my pet. He rambled off a few possibilities and immediately left the room. I was left with a $580 bill of "recommended" services. I recv'd more consultation from the lady at the front desk then I did from the Doctor. After speaking with other vets and customers that had BAD experiences here... it is my opinion that this is a FOR PROFIT ONLY clinic that couldn't care less about the customer or the Pet. I took my dog there are aving puppies. He would not listen to what I had to say. He wanted to give her blood transfusion and conduct surgery. After waiting 4 hours for the results of the blood work. I told him there is no way he was gong to do anything to my dog. He wanted over $2000.00. He said if I didn't have the money that he could not do anything, well you didn't do anything. I tookmy dog to another vet refer by one of the workers there and no blod transfusion or surgery. She was not going to died as he stated. One of the workers told me that he does tell lies and conduct surgerys when the dogs really do not need it. He just cares for MONEY not your pet.

If I could rate them a zero I would. it was a horrible experience in every sense of the word. I would tell a pet owner to never go to this vet clinic. They are unprofessional, slow beyond slow, they do not tell the truth and they won't even bother to fill out a fax request for a med that they don't carry. horrible horrible experience.

I have been to this hospital 3 times and I will not go back unless I have a true pet emergency with no other vet options. Even with an appointment I have waited 2-4 hours on multiple occasions. They like to give you a "kitchen sink" estimate, not necessarily what is essentially necessary to treat your pet. Therefore, trying to charge you 5x what is necessary. The doctor is one of those "know it all" types who does not like it when you ask a lot of questions. He got frustrated with me when I corrected him each time (4 times) he referred to my female pet as "he". I am paying $19 per month for pet insurance through Banfield but I think I am just going to eat it for the remaining months and start going to another vet.
