I brought my 3 (now 4) Dachshunds to Dr. Andy and he took care of them very well. He is very understanding and compassionate. I love his main receptionist and male vet nurse/tech, they are all so wonderful to my dogs. The only thing that could make this place perfect would be if they offered payment plans of some sort. Specially when you have to bring in 4 dogs for all their shots, can be quite a massive dent in your wallet for being all at once. Compared to prices of the spca, it is MUCH more worth it to go see Dr.Andy. same-slightly better on some prices on things then the spca and with immense more care put into the visits(also not having to show up at 7am and wait forever to be seen is probably the best ever, just show up at appointment time and maybe wait a little). I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was my first time to use Dr. Andy since moving to Florida. I could not have been happier. Between the care given to my 13 1/2 yr old golden and his great staff, Lauren and the other gentleman, I felt comfortable with their care. My golden is on the road to recovery and I wholeheartedly recommend Interlachen for your pet needs. Thumbs up!

Went to pick up my dog after boarding him. They went back to get him, I waited 10 minutes, then here comes the dog running out of the back by himself. I picked him up, waited another few minutes, then left when no one showed up. Never heard from them again.

Dr. Andy is the best, hands down, BEST Vet I have ever worked with in my life!!! The office is clean, calm and welcoming. The Staff are top marks in Customer Service and Knowledge (I work in a field that focuses on excelling in customer service where I help train agents to be the best at helping the person/customer). Trust me these guys are the real deal! My pup boys, Jake and Ryker, love going to the vet here. They warmed immediately to everyone. Ryker is a bit cautious around new people but not here! He walked right up to everyone. Coming from a history of Vets that were argumentative, dismissive of my questions and downright salesmen for companies rather than medical professionals, Dr. Andy has healed more than my dogs! I have faith in his decisions, and trust I can ask a question expecting an educated, gracious response. I will never go to another vet. Interlachen Animal Hospital is worth any trip costs.

Kozmo and Kizmet have been going to Dr Andy since they were baby pups. They are sweet and loving Doxies and Dr Andy takes excellent care treating them like family members. I am the type of doggie mommy that just wants the best. I don't want them to wait for me to approve... I just want my babies cared for. I know Dr Andy will do this and he will make sure they don't feel pain because that is always my preference. Only the best for my pups and Dr Andy delivers high quality. If you are looking for a cheap vet that will only do the minimum - move along. This is the vet for people who view their pets as family! I love this group because I can text and set appointments or communicate. This team is very special. They even take care of my very angry Kitty with love and grace. Simply the best!
