VCA Howell Branch Animal Hosp. was fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was kept advised of everything going on during my appointment. Each staff member I encountered introduced themselves and what they did. Over all it is very professionally run. They all took extremely good care of my dog while I was there. The place was clean and smelled much better than most vets I have ever been to. I will definitely be back.

We love the vet that helps us out here. She's extremely nice, attentive, and always takes her time during appointments. I highly recommend VCA Howell Branch for pet care. Boarding, on the other hand, isn't so great. We arranged for the vet to spay our dog (which was potty trained). The surgery was on a friday and we were going out of town so we decided to leaver her there for the weekend. When I picked her up on Monday, they brought her to me smelling like feces and with dried feces all over her rectal area. I asked what happened and the guy behind the counter said that she pooped in her cage and must have gotten some on her. Like I mentioned, my dog is potty trained. The only time she will do anything inside is when not taken out for a long period of time. Furthermore, if any of the dogs happened to soil themselves, wouldn't cleaning them before returning them to their owner be ethical and proper business conduct? I'll continue taking my dog there for primary care but never again for boarding

We took our dog to this vet after moving to the area and we had the best experience! From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out we felt as though the staff really cared about our dog and they really welcomed us with open arms! The vet took his time and was very attentive to our dog's needs! Of all the vets that we have been to or encountered, the VCA hospital @ Howell Branch is truly the best by far!
