Horrible people. Don't count on getting care for a critically sick or injured pet unless you can show them the money. They sent away my kitty with a urinary blockage, in great pain, because they would not work with me at all. They are rude and could care less about your pet. I had had animals treated there in the past, to great expense, but because I was getting paid THE NEXT DAY, they would not work with me at all. I ended up taking him to the emergency vet where they put him to sleep because his treatment would have cost $2000 there. Hope they are happy they in effect killed my cat.
I have 4 dogs and I have been taking them to Bells Ferry Vet for over 10 years. My dogs love going to the vet. The staff knows them by name and they get tons of treats....they have them right on the counter when you come in. I think the doctors and staff are top notch, they really seem to care about the animals. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
We have been taking our Cairn Tarrier to Bells Ferry Veterinary for her health, grooming and boarding needs for 3 years and we are always pleased. They care about us and our pets.
Do not go to this vet if you want your pet messed up. My puppy broke her leg and when to this veterinarian for advice after going to the emergency Veterinary. They waited to long to send me to a specialty. They have surgery services, but it was 4 pm there was nothing they can do. They wanted to go home. Even though they are the ones who said the splint would be fine. Now my puppies leg bone is displace. Then the Co-owner lie to me about what was on the emergency Veterinary report and what we asked when we came in on the first visit. Mrs. Robbin Temple (she is not a Doctor in my eyes) Wanted to go home instead of fixing my puppy and the bandage she put on Friday is now coming off my Saturday. This puppy had bandages on from the Emergency Veterinary that stay on for a week and half.
This is a professionally run clinic. It is always clean and the staff is very courteous. I'm always given enough information to make a good decision within my budget constrains without feeling pressured to do more than I can. Their top priority is the health and wellbeing of my dog. I recommend them to all my pet owner friends.
