This is by far the sketchiest massage place I have ever been to. Do not ever ever make an appointment with this place. The service is crap. They are everything but accommodating. The cleanliness level is the worst I have ever seen. It is the most despicable business in all of Atlanta. Not only will I never go here again, I will actively divert people away from this place. I hope they go out of business.

The absolute WORST place I have ever gone to! If you are looking to relax and unwind I would go elsewhere. Not accommodating at any level. I was forced to pay $50 at the time of my appt booking...when I went in for the actual appt I was so unhappy with the service that I didn't even get a massage. Still 3 weeks later I am waiting for them to refund my money. They have NO idea how to run a business and no clue what customer service is. I have called at least 15 times trying to get my money back. I am always told they have taken care of it, or the person isn't there, or she is in a meeting, or on vacation. This place should be shut down. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. If I was you I would go elsewhere for a massage. The only thing you will get from this place is a headache!

I bought a Groupon in April and been trying to schedule an appointment but they are not able to schedule an appointment without an upgrade service even 3 months out on a Friday. After reading the reviews on Yelp and Google I have decided to right-off the $45 Groupon rather than get stressed in trying to schedule an appointment and then be unhappy with the bad service. Lesson learned: Read reviews before buying Groupons.

After 4 days of continuous calling i had to go through the lengths of driving all the way to Atlanta and going to the posted address which btw was not even correct. They finally called back and the only time they could schedule us was for a month away. They offered me a slot that someone conveniently canceled for the same day, but the catch was that I would be forced to pay an additional up-charge of 40 dollars. When I asked for a manager to voice my concern she told me about the 24hr trun around time or time frame they call back in. When I explained its been over 96 hours the phone went dead and I was stuck sitting there. I called one last time and the manager now was gone until the afternoon (She can probably teleport). DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY....

I never had the oppurtunity to actually use my living social certificate because this place is run so poorly. They do not answer the phone or call you back. IF by chance you do get a call back it is from Dana, whom is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. After her telling me that I couldn't afford something that she was trying to upsale me on, I lost it. I told her I would be contacting living social for a refund. I have called numerous times to speak to a manager, only to be told that she is with another client or not available...BS, they just don't want to own up to their terribly run business. AVOID this place!!!!
