We love taking our dog here. The front desk employees are always nice, the doctors are amazing with the animals and overall they just try to find the best solution for you and your pet. I definitely love how affordable they are compare to other vet we went to!

Horrible first experience!! I had an 11 o'clock appointment that turned into its going to be another 30min. Then about 11:50 I asked the front desk again she said about another 20 min like it was no issue,keep in mind I also have the wellness plan so I'm giving them money regardless. They offered No apology or explanation. Everybody in the back laughing and having fun while I'm out in the cold waiting area they have waiting and waiting. I will never go back!!!

Front Desk excellent service, Doctors service is polite they seen do not have in off Experian or may be they are toll to make you expend money at unnecessary test at the end my dogs never cure from their prescriptions. Nurse are nice with the dogs but do not have knowledge of what they sale; base on my Experian nurse at banfield works as an ignorance sales person. Their plans are less inexpensive compare with the vet around the area but do your own reading or investigation before getting any plan if you sure which plan get call the 1-800 number do not go to their office they do not have promotions or discounts.
