So kind and caring. They gave us an extra month with our sweet Gizmo. Dr Piscitelli (cardiologist) is absolutely the best!

My Dog Rebel had to have ACL surgery and Dr.Cross did a great job! I would not trust anyone else with my dog. GVS is the best place to go if your dog needs surgery. The staff is professional and was very gently with my dog.

This is the first review I've written for any establishment but I think it's well deserved. I was in tears when I took my little old lady (cat-10yrs) there for an emergency visit. The staff was very nice and consoling. Being extremely short on cash, they discounted my overall price dramatically and provided information for a discount vet center. This was an unexpected gesture that both me and my girl were very grateful for. If you can afford it, take your fur babies to Blue Pearl. Thanks Blue-Pearl!

This is an amazing place. From the time we arrived with our very ill dog, until we checked her out several days later, the staff assigned to her were completely focused on her health. Thankfully, she did recover. I received regular calls updating her progress....from the specialist or his intern. The specialist convinced me that he and his staff were dedicated to finding the cause of her problem, and making her well. I am grateful to these folks. I would chose this clinic over Auburn or UGA. Everyone appeared dedicated to their work, their clients, and most importantly, to their well-loved patients.

It really bothers me that people complain about money. This is an emergency and specialist vet. They take care of our animals when they are really sick and really need the help. If you go to a cardiologist instead of a primary care physician is it going to cost more? If you go to the ER instead is it going to cost more? Of course! So if you don't care about your pet but only care about your wallet then maybe you shouldn't have pets. Or just take them to a regular vet. That being said, I think the other reviews of this clinic are unfair. The people here are caring, and Dr. Piscitelli was amazing and gave me real hope and great care for my cat who'd recently had heart failure. I'm really glad I found this vet because they know their stuff and I have complete confidence in their care of my little girl. And for the service, the price was completely fair and actually less expensive than other similar clinics. If your companion animal is really sick, or in an emergency state, I recommend this group of talented, awesome individuals. If your cat or dog has a heart issue, I very highly recommend Dr. Piscitelli.
