I took my male cat to see them in Cartersville and I had a very good experience. If they were rude it may have been because they have a schedule to keep and they don't have time to wait on the ones that are late or don't show at all. You wouldn't be late for work or not show at all without calling, well this is their job and they show up. Put yourself in their place. I had a very good experience and my baby done just fine, now I have a female that I am going to take to them next month. I will continue to use Catsnip and I love their low prices. This is a good service and they are good with cats that are wild or spoiled.

I have three cats that needed to be neutered so I decided to try Project Catsnip because their prices are so affordable. I brought in one cat due to the other two being sick, all I can say is they were beyond RUDE. The lady who lectures us in the beginning was very rude to other people who brought their cats in. Seriously, I will not be bringing my other cats to be neutered. I was only 5 minutes late, they called while I was at work and left a very nasty rude message on my cell phone about how I was 5 minutes late. If they treat people like this, I wonder how they treat the animals people bring to them. I will be setting up appointments with West Georgia Clinic who have better reviews and match good affordable prices.

My cat came back in great condition and everything was super organized that's why they might seem rude but they have to rally a bunch of people and some of them are unprepared or the weather is bad like it was the morning I went, everyone was freezing! I don't know where else I can find a rabies vaccine at this price so I wouldn't complain I'm thankful I did it. remember to donate.
