This place is the worst. I visited here with my cat serendipity to get her treated for a upper respiratory infection. I told the doctor what the issue was before I even arrived with the cat. I was told my cat had a cold and there was nothing that could be done about it and that I just needed to wait it out. I waited a month and my cats eyes and nose has just continued to drain more, and she has developed a wheeze. I called this place back to ask them what they could do about this issue in a polite manner and was told that I would have to pay full price to come in and see them again and there was nothing that could be done about the fact that I paid them 90 dollars to ignore me and misdiagnose my cat. They then proceeded to tell me that they were professionals and that "When you see a doctor, you pay a doctor". I was also told I just don't understand how the business is ran, when I run my own business and have multiple friends who are veterinarians. I will never go to this vet again or recommend it to anyone. The clerk needs customer services classes, she told me I was wasting her time and hung up on me. If you want to pay for horrible service and to be treated poorly by all means visit Cliftwood.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Kestler and her staff for almost a year now and never been happier. Dr Kestler and her staff are true professionals and ever so caring when it comes to some ones pets. Dr Kestler and Jenny have been able to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise with a soothing touch. They have an amazing new animal hospital along with much room for boarding and grooming. Ideally a one stop shop. You would be crazy to take your pets to anyone else!!

Dr. Kestle and the staff at Cliftwood is absolutely amazing!! They just changed their name and moved to a new location that they renovated....the new place looks fantastic and is a great environment for pets to be in. I highly recommend Cliftwood for their excellence in pet care and breeding services!
