I read other bad reviews and decided to give them a try anyway. Big mistake! Do not go here and waste your time! I couldn't even make an appointment the receptionist was so rude! Stated they were closing in 45 min so why was I calling. It was until I asked 3x if they had any appointments did they guy offer to make one for another day. I told him to not even bother at that point! Seriously don't take your fur babies here!!

I dont understand the bad reviews here at all, I found the place to be clean, friendly and very convenient, as they offer weekend appointments. We are on the wellness plan since our Bichon needs her teeth cleaned once a year, so with that and her yearly shots , we save money.

I called today to get a quote on some services that I would like to get done for my pet! I was passed around to 4 different people until I got someone that couldn't even give me a direct answer. They really should have more polite people pick up the phone and have them trained to answer pricing questions. I will not be taking my pet here. Imagine if they are rude to you over the phone how will they treat your fur baby!!!

Called at 3 pm regarding a 4 wk old kitten with severe dehydration and they REFUSED to see him stating they were booked. EVERY vet I have ever used will see a critically ill patient no matter how "booked" they are... Clearly they are in this for the $$$$$ and NOT the well being of animals. SHAME ON THEM!!!!

Will not refund unused, unopened vomit medicine they sold us just before our dog died. Now what am I supposed to do with it? Guess who won't be receiving any repeat visits from myself or anyone else I know.
