I had to bring my dog Tyson to a vet we were told he had OSTEOSARCOMA., We just moved here from Las Vegas and I didn't know where to go, this place was referred to us from the Neighborhood site. I decided to try it out. Dr. Ford is amazing!! She is gentle, thorough, and has impeccable FOLLOW UP skills. Tyson had to remove his leg. she called right after surgery, and even took my call on Christmas Eve. There hasn't been a time I called with a question or concern and she didn't take my call herself. Very comforting .. I recommend her and her staff if you ever need to bring your pet in, from shots to major surgery..

I was very disappointed in my experience at the VCA. The vet was unfriendly and handled my situation poorly. I paid too much money for a 15 minute visit where I received some common sense advice. Also, the handler was overly physical with my dog. Instead of attempting to get him to sit and stay, he laid on top of him and was very aggressive if the dog moved at all. At one point, he almost dropped my dog on his head while he was squirming. I will not be going back.

Even though I live nearby, I've been taking my dogs to Alpharetta Pet Hospital. No appointments & reasonable visit rates.

Dr Boyd is very very good and nice. front office appointment setters are not so good at all, I dont know if they have too much going on or just do not paying attention, but they are very bad a customer service. If it wasnt for Dr. Boyd I would never of came to this clinic. Thank you Dr. Boyd for your help and caring for animals especially mine.

Dr. Boyd and staff were very comforting and caring to us when we had to euthanize our Brittany in December. I received a very heartfelt sympathy card from Dr. Boyd today, and her words truly were sympathetic, personal, and comforting. I cannot say enough about her care of both Brittany and our previous dear soul, Hannah.
