I love this clinic, Dr Carroll and I try to personal with our patients to give them the best care possible. Most Clients are on a first name basis with us and we are with them. We take pride in our relationships with our clients and pets. I have been with Dr. Carroll for 16 years and would not still be here if it were any other way. I love my patients, my Job, and my boss is AWESOME!!

First of all, the place reeks as soon as you open the door. I have been to many vet clinics that have virtually no smell but this place is dirty inside and the smell matches. I took my dog there to be spayed and she was supposed to spend the night after surgery (this is what they told me was included in the price-not my own idea) but only an hour after she got out of surgery they were calling me to come pick her up. They brought my dog out to me covered in pee and poop, and with a rope tied around her neck. I had dropped my dog off in a harness with her leash attached and I had to argue with them that they did not give it back to me. Finally, the woman who originally took my dog from me found the harness and leash, also covered in poop, and put them in a plastic bag and gave them to me. I asked why my dog was so dirty and one of the women there said because my dog had "been using the potty in the crate since last night." First of all, my dog is crate and house trained and if she was using the kennel it is because they were not taking her out. I was disgusted that they would let my dog lay in filth after SURGERY! One woman was very rude from the moment I walked in, the clerk at the counter was apparently new and it took her 15 minutes to figure out how to pull my account up, then she accidently put in the wrong procedure and could not figure out how to reverse it. The vet forgot 3 times to bring me her meds, I kept asking him and each time he would go to the back and come back empty handed and start talking to the clerk. I regret taking my dog there and I would not recomend them to anyone.

In regards to the comment wrote May 18th, 2008. With any business there will always one person that is never pleased and no matter how hard any person tries to please them, they still try to slander or malicely harm a person’s reputation. In this case, this female pit bull dog was extremely aggressive and lacked any training. I had no choice to send the dog home still slightly sedated for the safety of my staff and of the dog. She was attempting to bite, fight being leashed and did this in front of the owner, so they were aware of the dog’s aggression. We do not use ropes at this clinic and never have. We do use a slip lead that is made for dogs, goats, horses and other animals. A slip lead works in the same way a choke chain or collar would. As for the dog being cover in feces, the aggressive dog had a bath after surgery, prior to going to the owner. She began to get aggressive while she was being returned to the owner and defecated. We attempted to clean her up. She became more stressed and aggressive, therefore we had no choice but to stop. We attempted to discuss this with the owner and she became very belligerent and verbally abusive. We had to explain things several times and offered for her to bring the animal back and we would re-bath it under sedation. The owner still was belligerent and refused to be civil. The dogs here are treated are cared for with the utmost standards. The clinic is mopped and cleaned at the least 3 times daily. When any animal has an accident, no matter if it is the cage or treatment areas, it is immediately cleaned and sanitized. All of our pets our in grated cages, so if the do happen to go to the bathroom in the cage, they will not lay in it. All of the malice comments listed in the review are false and have malicious intent. If any one would like to visit our clinic or discuss any concerns, we will be happy to take the time to talk to them. We pride ourselves on caring for clients and their companions. Sincerely Dr. Roy Carroll and Animal Care Clinic Staff
