Services and staff are amazing, friendly, and very understanding and caring.
Northside has been the place that I have been taking my pets to for many years. My GS (Dillinger) has allergy problems and the staff as well as the doctors were very informative, as well as patient with me and my pet. I adopted a lab from Northside, (Bandit) and love her dearly. She recently had minor surgery to remove a mass on her back. Dr. Clardy was very patient and cared about Bandit and took the time to explain to me what was going to take place and explained the findings to me. The staff is wonderful and they treat everyone like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet because they truly care about animals. Dr. Hall thanks each and every person who brings their pet to their facility. I have taken Dillinger to another Vet when he was much younger and I was not impressed at all because of the quality of care I received. Northside is the best!
Dr. Hall was our vet for about six months. He did a decent job. Friendly and informative. However, we don't recommend boarding here. They are misleading (not sure if it was accidental or intentional) about boarding policies. We needed to board our dog for a night while moving out of our apartment. Most boarding places have a policy about check in and check out times. When we asked, they said anytime during business hours was fine for dropping off and picking up. We dropped him off in the evening and picked him up the next morning. He was there only 18 hours but when we picked him up, they charged us for TWO DAYS of observation to the tune of $40, instead of just one night. Also, we dropped off his pillow with him and when we got it back it was covered in hair from about a dozen different dogs. They also "REQUIRED" a doggie flu shot that cost about $15 dollars and required a booster. Now we're in North Carolina and when we asked the vet here to give him the booster, they laughed and said not many vets carry it. All in all, we would not recommend northside. There are plenty of other vets in Columbus that would cost you a lot less. They also never noticed that the shots our dog got prior to our adopting him needed boosters, even though we took him in the day after adopting him with all his records in hand. Wasn't until going to a new vet in NC that they realized he was in desperate need of his boosters.
