We have taken our animals here for several years. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. When we had to put our 12-year-old dog down last summer, they were very compassionate and the entire process down to receiving her ashes, was handled with such care. We have rarely had to wait long to get in and I would highly recommend Dr. Adams to anyone.

I was disappointed with a recent visit I had at the animal hospital. My cat was seriously ill and we had come to the tough decision to put him down. The whole staff was incredibly rude and thoughtless when it came to the actual process. It was an emotional time and what was needed was professionalism and care. What the doctor and vet assistant gave was attitude and inappropriate behavior and actions. Your vet assistant should be fired because he apparently thinks it's "all about him." It's not, it's about the precious animal and family that chose to make the decision. The doctor should go back to school. She wanted to euthanize without sedating. She clearly does not have any confidence in her skill or profession. She only cared about euthanizing and not about how much the animal was stressed out. Also,they did not use correct pronouns. The staff used "it" within earshot of the owners. The animal is a part of the family and important.

Nice facility, great staff, they get you in immediately in an emergency. Wonderful clinic!!! Thank you so much for taking care of my dogs!

Dr. Adams and Dr. Bradshaw are excellent. The technicians love animals and are very well trained too. 5 stars

We've been going to Dr. Adams for several years and they remember our dogs, and treat them well. They've always been able to take care of any illnesses.
