I was hoping that such a pet loving staff would understand if a pet didn't fit in it's new home that they'd refund our money. Every shelter I contacted has a trial period where the new parents could monitor the pet's adjustment. I could understand if the sale was for an used object but not a life.
This place is amazing! Everyone was so helpful and honestly cared that I found my perfect pet! I even went back to get a second addition to our family after completely falling in love with our first! I recommend this place to everyone I know who is looking for a pet!
