So far so good, Mike is almost as good as his Dad! It is great to see him taking up where is dad left of. I have never had any problems. The staff has always been friendly and attentive to my dog.

Don't let them tell you it will be an hour if you bring your pet in the morning between 8 and 9 a.m. I dropped off my dog at 8:15 and the groomer wasn't even in yet. Like she said she would be. After waiting till 11:30 I called to see if my dog, a peekapoo, was ready and she was working on a friends dog and was told it would be around 1 P.M. before she was ready. THATS FIVE (5) HOURS. Needless to say I went and got my dog immediately. Very rude and unfriendly. Got some clippers at walmart for $24 and did it myself. Looks like a pro did it.
