I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. This is the only place in south Augusta to take your pet and 1) It doesnt actually exist. and 2) They never answer the phone. Ever. So I am sitting here, a wannabe customer with money in hand, and these idiots dont even want to answer the phone. Screw em; grovetown animal clinic is on the other side of town but at least theyre professional enough to man the phones.
We had an appointment for our dog for today. We tried to take him, but the address listed doesn't exist as far as we can tell. When we tried to call we were put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. We've been trying to call for an hour and all we get is a busy beeping signal. Needless to say, we were unable to make the appointment and our poor dog still has a rash that needs to be looked at. Still trying to call.... We definitely won't even attempt to make another appointment.
I went to him for shots for my dogs and they started having seizures... I left him and when I found out he was gone I started taking my dogs back to that office with NO PROBLEMS, he came back and I didnt know and hubby took our dogs (some different from last set) for shots 4 dogs and 3 are now having seizures...coincidence??? I think NOT!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS OFFICE IF DR. GRADOUS IS THE VET OR YOUR ANIMALS WILL HAVE SEIZURES!!! I am looking to getting his license revoked right now!!! People only love him cause he is cheap, he has no bedside manner with the animals at all... when I called aboutr the seizures he says we must have left antifreeze out...I wonder is THAT what he gave them in the shots??? cause my yard is kept spotless 24-7 and when any mechanics is done on our vehicles ALL are kept in the house till job done and everything put up and double checked but I guess its always easier to blame the owners than take ANY responsibility... If it had nothin to do with the shots... Then how come he didnt want to recheck them??? seems he knows he screwed up...too many in one household to deny that fact... sorry the truth hurts sometimes... Save you pet life dont let them suffer with seizures for THE REST OF THEIR LIFE'S after seeing him...
I've g going to him for about 7yrs he's the best and cheapest in the csra area
