We love Jones Bridge Animal Hospital! We have 2 Great Danes, and every time we visit, they treat them like they are their own pets, from the receptionists to the kennel staff to the doctors! We usually see Dr. Harris, and she is wonderful! She always takes the time to discuss our concerns, and works diligently to find answers to best treat our pups! All of the doctors are great, the entire staff is wonderful, and I always feel like they have provided the best possible care to our babies!

I have been taking my pets to Jones Bridge Animal Hospital ever since I moved to this area 14 years ago. The staff is patient, friendly and caring. Appointments are prompt - don't think I've ever waited more than a few minutes. I've been through multiple stages of life with my pets and the staff has been amazing with each situation. I highly recommend this practice.

I've taken two Assistance Dogs to Jones Bridge Animal Hospital for both wellness check-ups and when they're sick. Excellent, compassionate care from everyone we've met. Though we usually see Dr. Neiland, we do see others, because I want to know them in case Dr. N. isn't available IF we have an emergency. I love that they recently chose to expand services offered -- especially the pet training that truly helps a pet become and stay a family member. They even enlarged, to state of art boarding kennels! I very much appreciate the care my partners receive and I'm very picky, so you can trust these caregivers!

We have been taking our dog to JBAH since adoption day 3 years ago...The care that we have experienced has been first rate, from the staff to Vets! Fortunately we've only had to visit a couple of times. The Vets are experienced, able to calm their patients, and have been able to quickly address our pet's needs. They even followed up with us the day after we had to take our dog to the after hours emergency room a few months ago. They just wanted to make sure our furry friend was doing well. We recommend this vet to everyone we know! We were going to a different vet down the street for years with a sick dog and they weren't giving us any solutions that made sense. Tried Jones Bridge Animal Hospital because 'all my friends went there' and would not go anywhere else now! Never a long wait, very compassionate with our two dogs that passed, great with our two current dogs. I've only seen Dr. Black but I'm sure everyone is great!
