My first experience with Butler Creek Animal Hospital was a very positive experience. Since then I have only grown to appreciate the quality care and concern shown to their clients. During pet emergencies, Butler Creek Animal Hospital accommodated our needs with a first available appointment and communicated our options for care of our animals. Our family has had our animals boarded over a Thanksgiving holiday a few years ago. Butler Creek Animal Hospital was affordable and took excellent care of my animals. I would highly recommend Butler Creek Animal Hospital as a reputable, quality, compassionate veterinary care facility.

We've been taking our pets to Butler Creek Animal Hospital for seven years, and it's been a very good experience for us. Dr. Shell is very knowledgeable and is always calm and reassuring. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic in greeting our cats and dog, and we never have to wait for more than a couple of minutes to get into an exam room. They have been compassionate as we've said goodbye to elderly pets and excited with us as we adopted new pets. We highly recommend this vet clinic!

We have been using Butler creek for the past 7 years. We have both cats and dogs and they have been wonderful in for rountine visits and went our animals have been sick. They always have a caring attitude and follow up with calls to check up to see that everything is going fine. We also use them when we go out of town to board our dogs. They take great care of them and our dogs are always in great shape when we return. I give Butler Creek 5 stars

Our dog has been going to Butler Creek for a few years now on the recommendation of a friend and we have been more than happy with the level of service we have received for our dog. As with most, we travel a bit and we typically leave our dog boarded at Butler Creek as well because she is happy to go there, the staff treats her very well, and there have never been problems once picking our dog up at any point. I would recommend Butler Creek to all seeking care and boarding of their pets.

My experience at Butler Creek Animal Hospital has been very positive. Dr. Shell is our Vet. He has experienced knowledge and understanding that has proven a literal 'life saver' for my baby - Tribbles. We have had other vet's who were certainly trained and educated - very able Vets. However, they consistently used 'by the book - old school' clinical opinions that has led to misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis for years. Dr. Shell is incredibly intuitive and understood he was caring for a family member - a furry baby - and treated Tribbles with great care to an incredibly healthy outcome. The office staff and warm and generous. Their first concern is the genuine care of furry family. I have read several reviews about their pricing. Agreed. This particular animal hospital is in the upper price range - at least according to my budget. However, I am aware of the cost's involved in running any business or practice. Expenses are just that, expenses. The manner in which they maintain their standards of practice and standards of care are exemplary. I make necessary budget decisions to make certain that my furry baby family gets the Best medical care and concern available. That means Dr. Shell and the Staff at Butler Creek Animal Hospital.
