Dr. Miller recently performed surgery to repair my dog's torn ligament. The whole experience was wonderful. He was very informative at the consult. I attended a consultation with another vet prior to choosing Dr. Miller, and it felt more like a sales pitch to me. Dr. Miller worked very hard to make my dog's procedure as affordable as possible for me. He called me right after my dog's surgery to let me know how it went, and when I picked up my dog, he was happy and much more mobile than I expected. The veterinary assistants were great and gave detailed instructions about his aftercare and helped me get my dog in the car when I was having trouble. My dog is continuing to go to Russell Ridge twice a week for laser therapy to help him heal. I compared notes with another dog owner whose dog had a similar surgery elsewhere, and it made me even more impressed with the high level of care that my dog received and made me thankful that I chose Russell Ridge. The entire staff truly care about animals more than just making a profit. Also, their facility is very clean and the wait times are minimal.

Love this place! Our dog Mollie had a broken tooth. RR checked her over, gave the diagnosis, helped me figure out the time frame to get it done and made sure all my questions were answered. The day of the procedure they called to let me know how she was doing, then the vet called as he was finishing up to update us on her status. I was able to pick her up earlier than expected. I met with one of the vet techs that was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the discharge. I received, texts, emails and a phone call checking on Mollie's recovery. Overall, I am extremely happy with RR and their staff. Office and rooms are all very clean and orderly. Feel good about taking my "girls" to them for vet care! Thank you RR!

We have been taking our animals to Russell Ridge Animal Hospital for the past 9 years. They have treated our dogs and cats and our dog, Lexie, is placed in boarding with them on a regular basis. Lexie loves going to Russell Ridge as the techs, staff, and doctors truly give her love, affection and take great care of her. We have sadly had to put a few animals down over the years and each time the Veterinarian has shown such kindness and empathy, allowing us as much time as needed to say goodbye, and making sure our pets were as comfortable as possible.
