We have been taking Freckles, and before her, Sam, to Sugarloaf for many years. The staff and doctors are always cheerful, and provided excellent care for our dogs. Our children also take their pets to Sugarloaf. We would not consider going anywhere else.
I love Dr Brown and his staff, everyone there is so nice and really loves there jobs and the pups and cats that are brought there. I have 2 dogs that have had health issues and Dr. Brown talks to you about what he thinks is going, He doesn't run a bunch of test to make the bill huge. I have moved and wish I could move them with me. If I ever go back to that area I will return as a customer. I high recommend Dr. Brown and his staff, everyone there goes the extra mile to make sure the animal and the owner are relaxed and up to date on what is going on. You'll love them I am sure
We have been taking our two cats to Sugarloaf Animal Hospital for the past 3 years. The staff is so caring and always makes us feel welcome. The doctors are wonderful and always take their time to review our pets health so we fully understand how they are doing. We will continue to use their services as we are always satisfied with the care they give our pets.
We have been a client for 15 years. Would not trust our dogs to anyone else. Very friendly staff and always attentive to the needs of our pets.
Our rescued yellow Lab came to us with deep scars on his back legs, a red rash on his front legs, and pustules on his abdomen. He scratched constantly and had recurring infections in his skin. He was initially seen by a vet in California who said all we could do for him was to bathe him weekly with medicated shampoo. While this provided temporary relief, it was always short-lived. Dr. Zalesky saw him and did a thorough exam, including skin scrapings. She treated the infection, then recommended a special diet for food allergies. He began to respond within days. She then suggested a new drug to stop the itching. Our dog who was previously described as looking "moth-eaten" now has a thick, soft coat. The rash is gone, the scars are almost covered with fur, and his once bare abdomen has fur. He sleeps comfortably because he is not scratching all night. Dr. Zalesky took the time to really diagnose his problem and research treatment methods. The entire staff at Sugarloaf shows care and concern for the animals. Our dogs are actually happy when they walk through the door!
