HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.... DO NOT go to this location. Under NEW management, and its TERRIBLE! I called them to get my pets records, after they took them from the location he was previously at, and because of bad beef between the owner (of this location) that used to be the owner of his last location, I have to pay .25 a copy for every sheet of his records to take to my new vet in Griffin. I think this lady needs to leave her drama at the door, because she is not going to get animals this way. I will TELL EVERYONE I KNOW what horrible practice this is... My dog has to have surgery every 6 months, and they wont release anything to me without me having to pay for them. DO NOT GO HERE. They are not concerned with your pet's health. They are only worried about making money, and being hateful to the people that refuse to travel with them to the new location......

I have to agree with Autumn. We decided to go ahead and move to the new location because their prices were a little more reasonable for our monthly prescription. Just not worth it! They show no appreciation for your patronage, rude on the phone if they even answer it. One time in particular there was no vet even working although the clinic was open. We are done with them.

I visited because I thought it would be convenient. Unfortunately, the vet is rarely at this location and I have to drive to their Mallards Landing office to have anything done. A bit pricey, but very warm, nice folks who obviously love animals.
