We recently changed from our long time Vet, that was just too far in this traffic. We are so pleased with Dr. Heard's extensive knowledge, his kind and caring manner with our dogs. (And us sometimes anxious parents.) We are very happy to have him and his staff in our lives. Our male Jack Russell was abused in his previous household, and is very untrusting of human males. When we introduced Dr. Heard to our Butch Cassidy, he took right to Dr. Heard. That was a wonderful moment for us. We knew we found a good Vet for our dogs. Thank you AMCC !!

Our present dog, CONEY, has been a patient of Dr. Heard for four years. Our previous dog had gone there for 13 years. Dr. Heard and his staff are so caring for all of the animals. When you call them on the phone, the first thing they ask about how our pet is, by name. He is very caring and you can tell he loves all of his patients. While Coney isn't thrilled about going to the vet...his tenderness towards our dog shows. The whole staff loves the pets and their jobs. We always enjoy seeing them. Dr. Heard always thanks us for taking such good care of Coney, but really we always thank him for all the good things he does for her!!!

Animal Medical Care Center is an excellent veterinarian clinic. The clinic is not only skilled in the animal medical field, but they also have friendly/knowledgeable personnel on staff. We have been with Dr. Heard for 25+ years and have been very satisfied with the care we have received over the years. (Dr. Heard has been put on notice that he is not allowed to retire in this century.) I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring facility to take their pets to.

Dr. Dale Heard has been our family vet for 10+ years. My two small dogs were in to see him today and he has such a calming effect on them. Dr. Heard always explains to me exactly everthing he is doing or seeing during my dogs' exams. Dr. Heard has extensive knowledge in veterminary medicine, and in addition to explaining things in words that I understand, he will provide me with handouts on any condition my dog may have. Dr. Heard's loving staff are wonderful with my furry babies too and go out of their way to accommodate not only them, but me too! The entire office has a love for animals and it shines through! I would definitely recommend Dr. Heard to anyone thinking of choosing him for their veterinarian. You rock, Dr. Heard & to all those who make Animal Medical Care Center what it is!!!

I visited the office with my dog to get more info and the vet spent about 20 minutes getting to know my dog. They were very caring and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and relaxed. Our first appointment went smoothly and my dog was a lot more relaxed than usual. An added bonus is they take our pet insurance.
