Being a medical person myself, I am very particular about my doctors. This cat clinic is extraordinary!! From the moment I walked in the door. I can tell the staff really cares! The waiting room is not like any I've ever seen. very warm and cozy. My wait was short, them I met briefly with the technician then Dr. Rowell. The amount of time she spent listening to me about my cats was wonderful. She was very thorough but yet practical in helping me with a plan to keep my cats on a healthy path. if you have cats and looking for a vet, I highly recommend this clinic! Much better than the run-of-the-mill clinics I've been to in the past.

So I called in, just this morning, to get pricing and a bit of guidance on when to get my cats vaccines in order to fly. The lady I spoke with (Sheila) seemed annoyed to have to speak with me and gave me curt, impatient answers. I politely told her that she was being unhelpful and I would take my services elsewhere! If your front desk people can't even be courteous, there is no way I would bring my pets and business to you. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere.

Our kitty is doing well since we brought her home. Thank you so much for the great care you gave her. We we really scared for her, but you kept in constant communication and let tell us know exactly what was going on. We really appreciate it so much!
