I was very disappointed with Dr Jennifer Covington. In October I had just rescued a dog and East Marietta Animal Hospital was on the list for a free exam so I made an appointment with them. The staff was extremely friendly though the vet I couldn't say the same. We began the exam and all was well she said the dog had a 99% chance that he had yeast in his ears and wanted to test him which came up positive. So I was charged around $75. which okay I understood. Though that was not the problem, I found out that my dog had heartworms when I picked him up from the shelter and of course had some questions for Dr Jennifer Covington as we were talking about it she found out the this exam was free and rudely said any further questions you might have I am sure the shelter can answer them and just left the room. Of course I was upset with her actions and she did not even notice or was I able to discuss the lump on his stomach. I would have to say she is only in it for the MONEY not the animals and would never recommend her to anyone! Also the medication I was given by the tech showed me how much to use, as made a point of asking that the amount she gave me was indeed enough for 7 days as that is how long I was supposed to have used it for and it wasn't even enough for 3 1/2 which I knew that was going to be the case because she said to fill his ears twice a day with the medication and only gave me a small bottle :-(

Visited this location due to all the positive reviews and was not disappointed. Great staff, Dr. Byrnes was wonderful. They followed up with my dog's issues like they promised and are very thorough. I would highly recommend using these vets.

This place is the cleanest of the veterinary offices I have visited in Marietta. When I arrived here from NY I was worried about where I would take my pet for medical checks and boarding as the places around were all so dirty and smelly. I drove into this place and knew this was it! The Dr. and his staff are very kind, caring, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I do not feel worried when I board my dog, Tige, with them. Upon returning Tige always seems to have enjoyed her stay. Yes, I know when she enjoys a place and when she does not! Thanks guys! I look forward to a long and lasting relationship with you all.

The people at East Marietta have a true passion for pets- it shows in how they conduct their business. Wonderful staff that take the time to make my pet and I feel comfortable each and every visit. Dr.Diaz is so awesome!!! So knowledgeable and thorough!! My dog got sick over fathers day weekend and I emailed him, he responded within hours and even gave me his cell number to contact him if her condition worsened. Absolutely the best vet I have ever been to- and will continue to go to! The prices cant be beat! The clinic is clean and bright. Staff are super friendly and always there to take phone calls. AWESOME AWESOME PEOPLE- WITH HUGE PASSION FOR ANIMALS!
