Last summer my puppy got hit by a car and broke his leg. After 3 weeks of several cast changes my puppy was in extreme screaming pain after 3 weeks of no crying at all. The next day after his third cast change I took In my dog and said he was now experiencing extreme pain and something can't be right. The vet changed the cast again and said everything is fine. A week after that visit I took my dog to another vet and after they took off the cast they discovered that gang green had eaten my dogs entire foot to raw flesh. There was no hair or any pads and the foot was a disgusting mess. They told me that it was so bad that he might lose his leg. After 16 days of laser treatments and $2500 later, my dog kept his leg. One year later, my dog's foot is half the size of the other and he walks with a limp. So for 3 weeks and 4 visits, The vet at Johnson's Ferry Veterinary Hospital completely ignored a completely obvious detrimental wound growing. They cost me thousands of dollars and my dog will never be the same. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET! THEY ARE RUDE AND NEGLECTFUL!

This was by far the WORST veterinarian experience I've ever had. I do not ever plan on using them again, and will warn others to stay far away. I took my cat in for a coughing problem. I didn't think it was anything serious, I guessed at a respiratory infection at the worst. The "vet" that was there, if you can even call this hack that, roughly grabbed my cat (who's never scratched or bitten anyone) roughly by the scruff and yanked him out of the pet carrier. He then proceeded to tell me that he assumed he had ear mights. Then, took him to the back to supposedly take his temp. He came back and coldly and immediately assumed that my cat had, Feline Leukemia simply because he had a fever. WITHOUT running any tests or even offering any treatment to lower my cats 105 fever. The next day I took Simba to Bells Ferry Animal Hospital, and they diagnosed him with a respiratory infection, just like I assumed. He was tested for Feline leukemia negative. The people who run this place are cruel and heartless jerks. Will not EVER return again.
