I brought my dog to this facility with a limp and swollen left-front wrist which was slightly hyper-extended. Without taking xrays, the doctor operated the same day and placed 16 screws and 2 plates on the dog's wrist. I trusted him because I was referred by Town and Country Vet. The result was a disaster. Without going into all the details the end result is my dog can't walk without dragging his foot which causes pad damage. No protective boot I tried resolved the problem. The doctor shrugged his shoulders and said well he's a big dog. Walking is the dog's favorite activity and this place took that away from him for life. I recommend spendinig more money at UGA or a better facility then paying less for this kind of result and attitude.
