I just had the unfortunate experience of having to put my 18 year old cat, Boo, to sleep a couple of days ago and wanted to comment on Terrell Mill Animal Hospital and their staff. I initially chose them because they are close to home and they were recommended by a co-worker. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful and were especially so during this difficult decision. But I wanted to give special thanks to their newest veterinarian, Dr. Marshall. She was so sweet and caring during this difficult time. Her bedside manner is wonderful and you can tell that she really cares about animals. Thank you Dr. Marshall and Terrell Mill Animal Hospital Staff! You really made a difficult time, a lot better.

Our old dog Teddy was failing physically so I had been online looking at euthanasia options for when his time came. We chose Terrell Mill Animal Hospital because they are 1 mile away and have always been kind to our various special-needs pets. When Teddy crashed last Sunday we called TMAH Monday morning to make an appointment for 'the shot'. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Dr. Eleanor Robinson made sure Teddy was comfortable, gave us all the time we needed with him and gave us a pawprint keepsake. Highly recommend.

Terrell Mill is nice, but so expensive! I pay more annually for care of our pet than I do for my husband and I combined. They wanted over $500 for neutering, and each time we take him for a checkup (twice annually), I get charged another $250 each time. We recently boarded him for one night (Saturday to Sunday) and was charged $63 (that's two days fee). When I called for an adjustment in the rate, I was told that since the hospital workers still had to come into the office to take care of the animals, we were charged two days. Needless to say, Terrell Mill has lost a paying customer, and a boarding client. I recommend you look elsewhere for animal care - this place is nice, but not to your wallet.

Dr. Miller and Dr. Huggins are the best. They have such kind hearts and provide the best care. TMAH is a little more expensive, but it is worth it with the care that I receive for my pets. I would not hesitate to recommend this veterinary practice to any and all looking for new vet. I drive an hour to go to this practice because of the care that I know my animals will receive.

I've always heard bad things about this clinic. I worked at a Specialty Pet Store for several years, and I never heard anything good. I recently was calling around to get an estimate for declawing my cat I called about 10 local vets and they all charged $200-$250 out the door tax and all! well I call TMAH and they go into this very detailed explanation of all the procedures... 3 minutes later out comes the number $490!!! OMG highway robbery!
