Great people, great vet. My dog Tobi loves them, and the groomers are awesome. He was not a happy dog to be groomed at first, but they have been able to calm him to where he now enjoys it! I saw another bad review here that talked about a $5 fee for calling something in. Do you think people's time is free? If they are going to "loose" your business over $5, you are going to find it very hard to go through life. These people are great and they care greatly for your 4 legged children. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr Jordan is AMAZING! The WHOLE staff at Town & Country is AMAZING! Dr Jordan comes right in the room and gets in the floor with my dogs! She truly understands dogs and owners!

I have been going to Town & Country for over 6 years. I have 6 dogs so you can imagine my vet bills. Apparently Town & Country has decided to charge you a $5 fee if they have to call in a prescription because you are not buying it from them. That is crazy. If their prices for the same product were in the ball park I would buy from them but they are double the price. I refused to pay the $5 fee. Dr Egin called not wanting to loose my business I thought we had the whole $5 thing worked out. I sent my daughter to pick up Seizure medicine for one of our dogs and they told her unless she paid $5 that was in dispute they would not give her the medicine for the dog. That is totally uncalled for hold a dogs medicine hostage for a $5 fee that was in dispute. They don't care about your 4 legged family members all they want is your money. They are a disgrace to call themselves Veterinarians. They also think your time is not worth anything. They made us wait 2 hours past our appointment time on our last exam there. Just totally unprofessional. The way I figure it they owe me for my two hours.

I have been coming to this vet for about 5 years now and all of the vets, such as Dr. Eigins is so compassionate to my dogs. Particularly a few years back when my Dalmatian had gotten cancer, she was great with my situation and although my dog didn't live must longer than that, I got 6 more months out of her than what the vets thought. I have been seeing Dr. E for more than 15 years. I find her to be the type of vet that is compassionate and recommends what is needed for your pet without recommending some of the superfluous treatments vets like to push these days. She cried with me when my dog was diagnosed with cancer, then removed the tumor and added three quality years to her life. She is an outstanding person and professional. As long as Dr. E will see my pets, I will be there! One more thing, when Dr. E is on vacation, Dr. Goodman is a fabulous substitute! All around this office is full of compassion and knowledge!
