The boarding facility is poorly staffed. Dogs are not let outside three times a day. They are lucky to get out once. I left my dog there for Thanksgiving and she had a bad experience. Dogs are left in pens in a dark windowless room for 12 hours unattended. Staff is inadequate to take all the dogs out before they close. Dogs have no choice but to urinate or poop in their pens. My dog had to urinate on her blanket. When I picked her up on Friday, she smelled like urine and there was a strong odor coming from the pen area which indicates the dogs were not let out side as the staff agreed. When we got to our yard, she had to poop about three times in a row which let me know she had not been taken outside. If you take your dog there take a litter box for its pen and bring a battery operated night light.
