On January 28th I took my 13 year old chihuahua, Raul, to the Godley Station vet in an emergency. He had been attacked by one of my other dogs over food and was bleeding profusely out of his neck. Godley Station is not my normal vet and had never seen Raul before but they are closer to my house than the vet he was seeing. Upon arriving the staff did everything they could to save him and was so very nice to me even though I was in a state of extreme panic. Dr. B. even offered to take him home with her when we couldn't pay for the emergency vet to take care of him over night. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do to stop the bleeding and we had to put him to sleep. The team at Godley Station made one of the hardest things to do as a pet parent a little easier, they even made prints of his little feet for me. Not even two days after the ordeal I received a hand written card from Dr. B. herself expressing her condolences and letting me know she was thinking about Raul and I. Though I am still deeply saddened by the loss of my baby I know that the vet team and Dr. B. did everything they could to try and save him and it seems even in the short time they knew him cared for him. They are definitely my new vet.
We take our dog and cats to Godley Station. The vets and the techs are excellent and always pleasant. We love them and so do our pets! Never a hassle getting an appointment. Would highly recommend.
I've taken all my animals here over the course of the last 6 years. They are always very professional and fast. Never a long wait and they never been wrong about anything.
Kudos to Dr. Burnsed...Not only is she an exceptional Doc....she really CARES. How AWESOME is that? Our latest experience was flawless...We know as long as Dr. Burnsed is helping our "babies" we will be ok. It is hard to find someone we trust, but we did find that in this doctor. Our Boxer pups thank you also. Thanks again...
The vet care is excellent. We have a 12 year old kitty and a 2 year old yellow lab and have seen three of the four vets in the office. All but one of them was excellent in their care of our animals. Dr. Amy Ahles is by far our favorite as she is down to earth and listens to your concerns, no matter how silly they may be. Our animals have received excellent care each and every time. The staff is friendly and makes our dog feel more relaxed in a situation that normally stresses most dogs out.
