Bright idea....(insert sarcasm) I gave my dog a soup bone for Christmas. After he devoured the marrow the opening was a perfect fit on his lower jaw and caught behind his canines! All kind of images ran through my mind on what would need to be done to remove the bone...sedation, cutting the bone off, damage due to the swelling. When we arrived, we were met by Chris who was extremely nice and knew all the right things to say. He took Selig in the back. We were told that both Drs were in surgery so we knew there would be a wait. 5 minutes later Chris walks out with Selig minus the bone. I was amazed!! So elated that I hugged Chris! He was able to slip the bone off! No sedation, no cutting...AND my Christmas present?....No Charge Thank you Chris & Animal Emergency of North Fulton💕🐾

My baby Sebastian was almost 15 years old and on a steady decline. I knew what was coming and dreaded every moment awaiting the worst. Well the worst happened suddenly yesterday. My regular vet is closed till Jan 2nd and everybody I called wanted to start from scratch with exams and tests costing hundreds when I already knew what was wrong and saw Sebass suffering so much. The AEC from the first phone call till his last moments cared more about relief to me & Sebass than trying to bilk us of funds we do not have. They made sure we were prepared for the process, asked what we wanted to do, gave us what time we felt we needed with him b4 & after, handled paperwork with little bother to us, just...idk, just awesome! It's a sad reality, sickness and death, but if you are a loyal pet owner you vow to care for them until the end. Well, when the end comes, especially if it is after hours or on holiday as is inevitable, (Murphy's law) this is the place to go. I cannot praise them enough.

Note I am rating only on their help over the phone, I did not actually take my pet here for service. It's close to 3 am, and my dog has been having bloody diarrhea, which has never happened and obviously worried me enough to call these guys. Both Dr. Daniel and Jenny were extremely helpful over the phone. They recommended some stuff I could do at home to get my pet through the night until he could go and see his regular pet, and also emphasized that they were available if needed. Their "pro bono consultation" over the phone was extremely professional and caring, and for this I am truly thankful. I know if I ever have a serious emergency, I will be happy to take my pet there.

As a professional pet sitter, I have had two medical emergencies with pet clients in the past three months. Unfortunately, both of them occurred while the owners were out of town and on a Sunday.
