Sally Grace is not a well dog and requires expert attention. We get much needed love and care and always look forward to our visits! At Thanksgiving I just want to say Thank You to all of you at Case Vet. You are greatly appreciated!

I have 2 dogs who day board daily with CASE. It is very comforting to know my dogs are in a fun and safe environment, while I'm at work. My dogs actually get excited when we pull in to their parking lot every day, because of their amazing staff!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars! My mother owned a perfectly healthy Labrador Retriever until this practice gave her a vaccination that is only intended for animals that live on farms. My mom's dog was an inside dog & never came in contact with any kind of livestock. As a result of the unnecessary vaccine Emma developed Hemolytic Anemia and died at the age of 7. Prior to this vaccine she was an incredibly active and healthy dog. The reason why I am writing this review is because of another dog under the care of Case that also developed and died from the same disease after receiving this extra vaccine. My vet (Dr. Pearl in an other state) explained to me that in addition to Rabies there are 4 main vaccinations that puppies and dogs need - DHPP which is a single injection for the 4 most common canine diseases - Distemper, Adenovirus-2, Parvo, & Parainfluenza. Other vaccinations or the 5th vaccination given by Case is considered unnecessary by most vets (unless your dog is a working dog) & the vets that have begun to use this vaccine are giving it in order to make more money. I have never written a review but feel as though anyone taking their dog to Case should be informed about the death of at least 2 perfectly healthy animals due to the vaccine they were given. I think if you check around (even with other vets in Savannah, GA) you will find that that vaccine is not given to healthy house dogs.

As a new resident of Savannah, I had been struggling with my aging and loving 16 year old dachshund, but didn't want to take her to strangers. CASE was recommended, and I want to thank them SO MUCH for the care and consideration they gave us today. After a bad night, I called and spoke to Ashley in reception. She was thoughtful and respectful, and offered me an appointment toward the end of the day so that I wasn't surrounded by happy little puppies. She was so kind when I came in and had presented my story to both the Vet Tech and the vet in advance. Shelby, the tech, was so wonderful I thought she was the vet. Then Dr. Klarer came in and I never felt so comfortable so quickly. She gave me her time, her feedback, and ultimately helped me to say good-bye (my call completely). Melissa from reception came in to help me with the paperwork and gave me a hug and helped me before anyone even considered asking me to go, though I know it was after hours by that time. I realize that euthanasia is not an easy process, and no one wants it to be, but the people at CASE made a painful experience bearable, and I will be forever grateful.

Case is great. We have had our dogs there from the beginning, since moving from dt (~4 yrs now) and out of driving range for Dr. Lester (he is great too). Our Cat is in great shape too. They have these cool little credit cards for the pet with its picture and everthing current. They really care and are very sweet to our pets. Great folks!
