Wonderful. Dr. Bevere is a caring and talented professional. All of the other staff are kind and understanding. Crossroad has cared for two of our dogs and we are very happy with everything. I highly recommend them.

I am disappointed in Crossroads, I NEED HELP WITH MY jACK rUSSELL, WICH HAS BEEN UNDER THEIR CARE FOR 4 YEARS AND THEY ARE CLOSED THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING AND THE EMERGENCY ANAMILE HOSPITAL DOSENT OPEN TILL 6 PM VETS ARE DOCTORS WHY DO THEY TAKE THE DAY AFTER A HOILDAY OFF AND I CAN'T GET MY DOG INTO AN EMERCENCY TIL 6 PM. FOR NEARLY A DAY MY DOG IS IS PAIN AND I CAN'T GET ANYONE TO LOOK AFTER HIM...THAT SUCKS...HE LIKE MY CHILD HE'S MY BEST FRIEND AND I CAN'T GET HIM CARED FOR. MALCOLM O'CONNELL.

I used to work there and was treated horribly. The "professionals" you speak of act highly unprofessional toward their staff. Dr. Compton is definitely in it for the money and does not have genuine concern for the animals. He is willing to cut off puppy tails in a second if it means he'll have some extra cash to take home and is thrilled that our suffering economy "can't effect [his] business too much". Dr. Fandrich does care about the animals, but is extremely rude and stuck-up and trash talks people practically in front of their faces! They do NOT treat their employees fairly. Employees do what the vets say because they are scared of getting yelled at.

My cat died. I went there around closing, it seemed like they just wanted my money and didn't care about the cat at all. He DIED a hour after leaving. He was sick but they just looked at him with no consideration, and gave medication. The doctor seemed like he would make a full recovery. When I called the next day, they had no sympathy and talked like it was my fault. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANIMALS JUST GETTING PAID. I would NEVER recommend this place if you love your animals, if the Dr was at all knowlegdeable, he should have said the medication was to much for a little kitten and should have know that it was to much to shock the kitten. With all my traveling I've done, this is by far the WORST place. PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONES.

I have been taking my cat to Crossroad for years now and they treat her like she is their very own. I cannot say enough good things about the friendliness, genuine concern, and excellent service of this top notch team of animal care professionals.
