Dr. Mahany is wonderful! However, the staff that answer the phones and check you in are some of the rudest people. I am put on hold every time I call, which is fine. But then, they either never come back on the line or I get hung up on. A friend was picking up a prescription for my dog (that I'd paid for over the phone)- she was in the area and just wanted to check if it was ready. The lady that was at the desk snapped at her and told it was not ready and someone should have relayed that information to her before she just showed up. Needless to say, she is new to the area and has chosen to take her dog elsewhere. Again, the Vets and the Vet Techs are wonderful and very flexible. The other staff could take a lesson in customer service.
