I've taken all of my pet's here, and have always gotten a lot of help and guidance. They do seem quiet busy, so despite the ill review below that must mean they are doing something right! I don't think the prices are too bad, plus they are one of few who take CareCredit! For first time visitors they ofter a free exam up to two dogs, you can also get a military discount! The free home delivery for your pets pills, is very useful if you forget often, and the combo guard worked really good for my husky who has a high flea allergy. I was having a lot of trouble with our military vet doing the processing for overseas, and this office went above and beyond to help me out! I've seen two different doctors, Mr.Harper and Terri Sparks, I absolutely LOVE Sparks, she has really made this transition to Japan easier for me and was very real and upfront. When we go, my husky doesn't full on freak out, like he does with other vets office even my puppy didn't yelp like he did when getting other shots. They handled them very well!

I took my kittens and my dog to see their new doctor, Dr. Steadley. She was very caring and informative! The first visit was free and with that visit I got a free dose of flea preventative for my pets! She was great and I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Steadley is amazing. She's clearly passionate about helping animals.

I went to this vet on numerous occasions and sat in the waiting room and actual exam room no less than 2 hours even though I had an appointment everytime. The staff up there is set in there ways and they really overcharge you for everything. They have a home delivery program for flea medicine that they use that will give you outdated medicine,(sentinel), it came out 27 years ago, for terrible prices. There are much better, cheaper, and more knowledgeable vets in the area. Do not go here unless you want to waste time and money.

Dr. Sharp was very sweet to my injured feline! He doesn't take to strangers well, but she loved him and made him feel more comfortable! The staff was very friendly and explained things really well! I will definitely be using them in the future!
