I have had very bad experiences with some employees of this Banfield pet hospital in the past, but this visit makes up for it. All employees were extremely nice, helpful, and sweet. They made us feel welcome, and they were very calm and loving when dealing with my pet. Kenisha assisted us in the front desk, she made sure my pet was seen right away, and after even showed me the correct food buy! Lauren, and Dr. Baker Smith were also wonderful. I couldn't help but leave with a smile on my face!

The doctor (name I will not disclose) misdiagnosed my hamster TWICE in which she soon passed within a week of treatments. I knew more information about hamsters than the actual techs & doctor at this banfield & I dont have a vet degree! If you have an exotic pet, try your luck else where folks.

Terrible front office staff. Long wait times. Appointments mean nothing. Avoid this Banfield.

Nothing is done in front of you, pets are removed from the room. I was given incorrect dosage information on my dog's medicine. I was also told she had an umbilical hernia but they didn't explain what it was or what the dangers were, the vet just left. I think there are a few choice workers there who know what they're doing but that is not reason enough for me to put my pup in harm's way. Sorry Banfield, you lose.
