Great selection of animal products. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I buy the 40lb bag of dog food and someone is always offering to take it out to my car for me. The prices are comparable to the bigger retail chains, but they don't have the sales. You can sign up for their members card which offers savings like, "buy 8 bags of dog food a year and get the 9th free" (don't quote me on those numbers, but the deal is valid).

Everyone was very helpful and customer friendly. Sure food is going to be expensive if it's the best food on the market. Also, a vet comes in four times a month for cheaper vaccinations. Overall, a good place to shop.

This place is way over price! You'll end up spending 50% more compared to online retailers. Sales associates will attempt to upsale you merchandise and other nonsense you didn't come in for.

The store at South Cobb Dr. used to have friendly service, a generous exchange policy for aquarium animals and really good prices. For my little home-zoo of dogs, cat, hamsters and fish I spend time and money on a regular basis at that market. Unfortunately management has change lately and the new store manager is obviously a very unfriendly person. Not only that she cannot explain store policies in a concise manner, she also is so 'customer focused', to walk away, leaving the customer standing in the shop by him/herself. Well it seems that the company really must have changed policies, now hiring 'more economical' human resources with a responding degree of talent for customer service. My family and I will have to shop now in different pet supply store, where my spending is accepted in a more welcoming manner.

Manager is sarcastic, rude, and has attitude for a return. I have been a rewards customer since 2005. Will change to another company.
