I have been using this place for 10+ years. These people are thorough and up-front. I've had some pretty major complications with my cats and they have always been exceptionally reasonable on cost. One had major dental damage (beware, meow mix wet food has sugar in it!) and they charged me for only one removal (even though there were 4 removed). One had a broken leg, which was splinted without recommendation for a major surgery (but it was offered as an option), and the cost seemed cheap for such an injury. I have a 24 year old cat currently progressing into CRF, which one place sent her home to die after charging a ridiculous amount for the check-up and blood work. I researched her bloodwork levels, and though they were elevated, it was nothing to point towards an immediate death or poor quality of life. I took her to Ledford the next day, and he sent her home with a UTI and a "she looks good for her age" status. I take her in regularly to monitor her kidneys and he always takes precious care of her, keeping a close eye on her progress. These are wonderful people. They are honest, but tactful, reasonable with procedure options and cost, and are genuinely concerned with the proper care of your furry loved ones. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's the best possible care you can get!

I've been taking my pets to Dr. Ledford and associates since the late 1980s. It's immediately clear the entire staff genuinely cares for the animals and their humans. Rates are fair, care is compassionate and the atmosphere is always welcoming.
