I adopted two kittens from this PetsMart location, and they got sick in 2 weeks. So, I called Banfield in this location around 5pm on Wednesday the August 8, 2012 and explained the girl/lady on the phone about the sickness. She said I have to bring them in. So, I asked her do I need an appointment. She said "no, we take walk-ins". So, I went there at 7:30pm (because the website says it open until 9pm) along with the kittens. Once lady came out and said "can I help you?" I told her I called in earlier and it seems like my kittens are sick. All of sudden she is asking me "Do you have an appointment?". I said I called in for that and the lady who answered the call said I don't need an appointment.. Then she is like I do not know who told you that but we need an appointment... bla... bla.. bla.. I was so mad on her and this first experience with Banfield, I just took my kittens back home. I then spoke to several people and all of them suggested to stay away from the Banfield. They just suck! Even though little expensive find some better place who takes really care about your pet...
