Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. I was at the office for over 2 1/2 hours for a normal new puppy visit. I felt like they were trying to take me for my money as well, trying to add different shots and medicines that my puppy did not need. When I went to check out I was completely ignored while the receptionist "chatted" with another person who was not even paying. I was completely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this office to anyone.

The staff is very nice but they operate in such a corporate manner that they have become cold and clinical. I don't feel they care nearly as much about me or my pets as they do the almighty dollar. I've been a long-time customer.
