Since Dr. McCrae started his practice, I've taken my pets to his clinic. He is friendly, shows kindness to the animals, treating them with respect and tenderness. He has always taken the time to educate us and answer our questions. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The only thing I have crossed words on is that to have your pet put down, his policy is to take them back to the back and you can't be with them. Most vets do allow the pet parents to be with their pets when that time comes. I have discussed with him how I felt on this and we've come to an agreement. I appreciate his willingness to listen to me and how I felt about that. The entire clinic is ALWAYS clean and smells great, even in the boarding areas.
