BAD SERVICE! I was well helped in my first consultation in the Dekalb Animal Hospital. Second time, she needed a microchip, same thing. Third time a young girl helped me, took my Sheltie inside to trim her nails. She comes back saying she could not do it (only did the thumb nails), because they were short (I hadn't trim her nails in months at that point!). Day after, my dogs middle nail starts to bleed badly. I wrote them an email explaining my house was full of blood and I didn't receive any orientation of how to stop it and no notice that she was hurt there. GOT NO ANSWER BACK. This is why I don't go there anymore.
