Every single staff member genuinely cares about your pet. I took our 6 year old cat and they were lovely with her. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable. Our cat got nervous and peed on herself during the car ride there and they immediately washed her off, cleaned out her cage, and gave us a new towel. Our kitty baby had to have a mass removed and Dr. Lavell was personable and understanding. She worked with us and cut a lot of the price off of the surgery and waved the fee on a lot of the treatment that we couldn't afford. They still call to check in on her and all of the staff are very caring.

I recommend Dr Lavell and her staff without hesitation. I have two elderly dogs with one having particular needs that were not being addressed in a satisfactory manner at my prior vet. Over the past 11 years that I have had my two girls with me, I have been through no less than 5 other vets. Now that I am with Dr Lavell, there will be no need to go anywhere else. Dr Lavell is committed to getting to the root cause of issues and addressing them fully. She has an in-depth knowledge base and a caring, committed attitude that I have not seen in all my years of pet care. She is also cost-conscious. At no time have I felt overcharged for any services she has provided. I have spent nearly twice as much for care at other vets that does not rise to the level of Dr Lavell's abilities. The world of pet care needs vets like Dr Lavell. I expect that she will be my vet for many years to come.

My review is for boarding only, not vet care. We had our pets here for 4 days. When we picked them up they were happy and clean. We had no additional charges. Our bill reflected what was discussed and nothing more. The staff was friendly and helped me get them in the car, which with my dogs is a major plus as one is a puller.

Dr. Kat Lavalle is one of the best vets I've had in 35 years of owning cats and dogs. She treats your pet like it's the most important patient she's got, works with you on finance concerns, and knows how to explain difficult syndromes and offer practical treatments that are built around the needs of your pet and your family. I can't imagine anyone getting substandard care from this conscientious practitioner. Her reassuring manner, also, helps every pet that enters those doors frightened or in pain.

Dr. Lavell is wonderful and cares for your pets just they are her own. After ten years of her being our family's vet she is still the best most loving vet that we met all those years ago.
