I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jordan Mracna and his veterinarian technician upon my first well kitten check up. They spent a good deal of time with me and my kitten and seemed to really care about his ear mite issues. The staff informed me that the place where I had purchased the kitten gave him Canine vaccinations instead of Feline. They set all my fear arrest by researching to this see if it would cause my kitten any issues. Upon my next visit to have the kitten neutered everyone was really patient with all of my concerns and provided great aftercare instructions. Just really nice staff!

I have been to almost every Veterinary hospital around Towne Lake and it wasn't until I came to South Cherokee that I knew I was at the right place. The atmosphere is so welcoming and pleasant. The staff is top notch. There is such a sense of family there and it is contagious! In addition to that, both my dogs has received the best in veterinary care. They have by far earned my trust with the wellness of my animals.

Always listen and they don't try and push the products in their office on you. Always helpful and feel like that they have my Dottie's (dog) be interest at heart. Thanks to ALL the staff...We always feel welcomed

I had a great experience at South Cherokee Veterinary Hospital. I was able to get an appointment the very same day for my sick Archie. The staff were helpful and so pleasant. Dr. Mracna was great with Archie. I plan on going back with my other dog.

I just moved from Nashville, TN to Acworth, GA and my biggest concern was finding a practice that could even come close to the care my four furbabies were receiving at their current vet. Within five minutes of talking with the staff and meeting Dr. Beck, I was completely relieved and knew we had found our new vet. They did not rush through the appointment, asked very thorough questions to make sure the babies were going to get the best care possible. Such a huge relief, indeed. Can not recommend this practice enough!
