Always trusted them with my dog Sam i have always had excellent experiences they go above and beyond to make their clients and their pets happy and comfortable. i will always use them and recommend them to others!!

I think it's interesting how my comment about their unsanitary facility was removed. This place is unsavory to say the least.

I was traveling in Atlanta and needed, unexpectedly, to board my dog. I could not have asked for better service, a nicer facility or more friendly staff.

Revised: I've upgraded them to 3 stars because the actual owner called and is trying to make it right. Wants us to give them another shot, so we may. All I can ask is for someone to try and make it right, which the managers did not do. But because the owner cared enough to call, that says a lot. We'll see! ORIGINAL: We've used them twice. The 2nd time they told us our dog must not be trained because she had accidents in her kennel. She is TOTALLY trained. She smelled HORRIBLE... her hair was matted from urine! One of the managers actually said to me, "That's why we recommend baths before you pick them up"!!! The odd thing is that they kept her the weekend before and this did not happen. My wife called today to speak with someone and the same person I dealt with (who said they were a co-owner) told her that she did the same thing the last time she was there (peed and #2 in her kennel) and that they gave her a free bath. Note that she did not bother to tell ME that when I was picking her up and telling them how upset I was. There's NO WAY they gave her a bath the first time because she smelled like sweaty dog when we picked her up. All I ask is that our dog be taken out regularly and that if you've messed up you say you messed up. That did not happen in this case, and how they handled it, including how they explained themselves to me and then to my wife, was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We've kenneled our dog many times with similar kennels and this has never happened. SOMEONE is not taking these dogs out when they say they are is what I think. I would think if any of their story were true, they should have called us to say what was happening and to give us some options (more walks, a bath, something). This illustrates to me that they are not taking them out when they say, and that they don't know how to treat customers (or pets, for that matter).
