Trickum Ridge Animal Hospital has provided our family & pets the very best of care for nearly 10 years. Our dog, Tater, is always greeted lovingly. We feel very confident in the abilities of the office staff, veterinarians and groomer, Ms Jo. A few years ago we had a very troubled, frightened dog who was aggressive whenever we brought him in for medical care or grooming. Dr. Baker refused to muzzle him & was always able to calm him and provide the care that he needed. She truly went "above & beyond" in giving him loving, professional care. We appreciate everyone at Trickum Ridge!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism displayed by all the members of the team. Megan was so very helpful getting us setup for Violet's visit. She happily helped us through all the paperwork and went the extra mile to make sure all the important information was provided for Violet's visit. Although Violet is not our pet (a guide dog puppy in training), your group was able to provide the loving care needed to help our girl get better. We are hoping we have found an answer to her recent illness. Thanks for loving our special girl!
We have been clients of Trickum Ridge since moving to Woodstock 6 years ago and feel very fortunate to have found this excellent hospital. Every member of the team: front desk, Doctors, kennel staff have been spectacular! Rebel has boarded there many times and for weeks - he comes home happy and well cared for - as if HE had been on vacation! Rebel hurt himself (pulled a leg ligament) and I was so concerned that this was most serious for a then 13-year old 50 lb. dog. With a combination of medicines and a ramp to avoid stairs, he is still going strong and just celebrated his 16th birthday in June! We are blessed to have these "bonus days" and I sincerely believe his good care at Trickum Ridge is a major factor.
The staff at Trickum Ridge they were very friendly and helpful. From walking into the door until leaving everyone was very eager to help. I dont know where to start with Dr Meghan Smith, she has done so much for my sweet dachshund. He slipped a disc in his back, so i called Trickum Ridge and spoke to Dr Smith and she just made me feel like my puppy was going to be in the best hands for his treatment. She did not let me down, after one Acupuncture treatment my little man was in far less pain and two days latter he was standing on his own again. She gave me my best friend back. i know that its a long road ahead to full recovery, but with Dr Smiths help i know he will make it and be back to his old playful self.
I have been taking my pets to Trickum Ridge for about 15 years. Sadly, I had to have one put down in 2011, but the office staff was great--very caring and sensitive. I've since gotten a new "fur baby" and he goes to Trick Ridge for care and grooming. Everyone always makes a big fuss over Stanley, and of course, he eats it up! I can't imagine taking my dogs anywhere else. Tricia
