Firstly Dr Ako is a really nice vet, very personable and seems to have brilliant knowledge. HOWEVER!! They say they cost less than everywhere else, but they lie, I have NEVER, EVER been charged for my dog to have its nails clipped on a check up, so I got charged for the check up, which is fine, but then the vet tech asked me if I wanted her nails trimmed, of course I said yes, then I was billed $15 for it!!! no warning, the vet tech didn't mention a charge... overall very dishonest and disappointing. And rude at the counter. GREAT Dr, TERRIBLE front desk STAFF and policies.

I took my new puppy to this vet, and he was really good with her. The staff answered all of my questions, and gave me tons of information. However, I really did not like the way that he treated his staff. He seemed really rude to them, but my did puppy love him and the staff.
