Please be aware of the state of care at the Story County Vet Clinic. My daughter took our dogs there today to have our chihuahua checked out as he has not been feeling well. My daughter called me when she left the clinic, in tears, because of the harsh way that she and our dogs were treated. The vet was extremely unpleasant to her and rough with the dogs. The vet never even looked at my dog's ears, when it was clear that he was brought there with a possible ear infection. We used to go there for years, does anyone know what has happened? This was a horrendous experience! We love our dogs and expect the best of care for them, we will NEVER go back there again!
